About Ms. Miller
Emily is an Associate Attorney at Case Harvey Fedor’s San Diego office. Her civil litigation defense practice primarily focuses on personal injury. Emily was born and raised in Alberta, Canada where she received a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in English and Psychology from the University of Alberta. Emily graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2020 with a concentration in civil litigation. In law school, she served as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Research and travelled to Hong Kong to represent USD in the Vis Moot East, an international mock commercial arbitration competition.
Emily moved to San Diego in 2017, a welcome reprieve from Alberta weather. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing with her dog Ragnar, and watching hockey. Most of all, Emily loves to travel and visit new places.
